Cardiac Care Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Heart Care Unit team at ProHealth Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients, including those with heart failure, arrhythmias, chest pain, and other cardiac conditions.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest cardiac care practices and technologies.
- Supervise and direct delegated nursing acts, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Requirements:
- Associate degree of nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- NIHSS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
