Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to deliver comprehensive care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
- Perform thorough health assessments, diagnose, and treat complex conditions, including minor procedures and wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with patients' primary care providers.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in ER, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or related fields.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Nationally board certified, with current certification.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
