Key Responsibilities

As a Lead or Principal Architect at BCG Platinion, you will engage in interdisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, researchers, technical specialists, and consultants to devise cutting-edge IT concepts and architectural solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise, business acumen, and analytical skills to facilitate technical transformations within organizations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship and an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Extensive experience in managing portfolios and projects for U.S. federal government agencies within a technology consulting framework.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with over 4 years in an architectural role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to communicate complex technology concepts to senior leadership.
  • In-depth technical expertise in various technology stacks, cloud-native applications, integration methodologies, and more.
  • Experience with agile engineering practices and tools.
  • A proactive mindset focused on overcoming obstacles and advancing architecture capabilities for business value.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and BCG teams.
