We are in search of a seasoned Senior PLM Solution Architect to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in PLM solution design, particularly within SAP frameworks, and a robust background in procurement and delivery management utilizing SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities- Integration Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in integrating solutions within SAP ecosystems.
- SAP S/4HANA Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of procurement and delivery management leveraging SAP S/4HANA.
- S/4 PLM Design: Extensive experience in architecting S/4 PLM solutions.
- PLM Background: A minimum of 7 years in PLM, with at least 10 years dedicated to implementation and configuration.
- Industry Insight: Preferred experience in sectors such as Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, or Oil & Gas.
- Retail Process Understanding: Familiarity with retail industry processes within the PLM framework.
- Sales Support Experience: Background in sales or sales support is advantageous.
- Requirements Management: Skilled in gathering, documenting, and overseeing customer requirements.
- Architectural Solutions: Implementing best practices in solution architecture.
- Use Case Development: Crafting and defining PLM use cases and workflows.
- Functional Design: Engaging in hands-on concept development and piloting of design solutions.
- Team Coordination: Planning and managing the essential skill sets of customer teams.
- Client Value Assessment: Monitoring and evaluating the value of client offerings to customers.
- 12+ years of experience in PLM, with a focus on implementation and configuration of architectural solutions for at least 10 years.
- Strong grasp of retail industry processes within the PLM domain.
- Experience in sales or sales support is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to collect, document, and manage customer requirements effectively.
