Business Operations Specialist

Koroberi, a Raleigh-based business-to-business marketing agency, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support its overall business operations.
About the RoleThis part-time position will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for coordinating with outside service vendors to ensure seamless business operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with insurance, legal, IT and tech support, and bookkeeping vendors;
- Assisting in evaluating and implementing software tools;
- Creating client invoices;
In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, maintain accurate records of computer equipment, coordinate with the landlord and cleaner, and organize office events.
Responsibilities- Coordinate vendor services (insurance, legal, IT and tech support, bookkeeping)

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or finance
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, detail oriented
- Experience with QuickBooks, Paychex, and Microsoft Excel
This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22-27 per hour, based on experience. The team operates on a hybrid model, working both in-office and from home depending on individual needs.
