Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

The Loan Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the daily servicing and production of Consumer loan operations. This forward-thinking individual will assist with department projects as assigned by the operations manager and ensure adherence to financial institution policies/procedures on each request.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing daily support for all aspects of servicing Consumer Loan products.
  2. Performing loan account maintenance, servicing, balancing, and reporting processes.
  3. Completing payment processing, data entry, collateral & financial ticklers, and file maintenance.
  4. Understanding and coding loans to report accurately in Call Report and other Credit Union reporting formats.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of Consumer loan operations experience in all aspects of servicing and loan documentation preparation for consumer non-real estate and real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment and mentor others.
  • Ability to function in a business office environment and utilize standard office equipment, technology, and software.
