Job Description:

As a Clinical Team Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a key role in the success of our clinical trials. You will be responsible for managing all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, involving moderate to high complexity, in compliance with ICH-GCP. This includes developing monitoring strategies, collaborating with project leads, and managing project financials.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement monitoring strategies, including remote, onsite, and centralized approaches
* Collaborate with project leads to develop project plans and prepare for client meetings
* Manage project financials, including identifying OOS tasks and supporting contract modifications
* Oversee the clinical team and lead team meetings to ensure timelines, resources, and quality are maintained

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
* 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on neurosciences
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and training skills
* Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and team members' workload
* Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural matrix organization
