Your Role:
As a Project Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in assisting our project management team with sports turf construction initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with the construction team to guarantee that all services are executed in accordance with contract specifications, within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Reviewing project take-offs in conjunction with the estimating team.
  • Overseeing document management, including submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing documentation, and contract administration.
  • Generating reports and information as needed.
  • Facilitating communication between the branch administrative office, field personnel, sales team, estimating team, and branch management regularly.
  • Engaging closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure outstanding customer service and quality at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
You might be an excellent fit if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Construction Management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and CMiC.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following attributes would be beneficial:

  • A strong work ethic.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
