Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard, train, and manage division's operations and customer service employees
  • Provide high-level customer service and support to camper families

  • Assist the Division Manager in drafting and submitting director contracts and payments
Additional Responsibilities

  • Marketing: Camp website content and director asset oversight tracking and activation
  • All internal and external communications to staff, directors, and consumers: Review, retune, and upgrade
