Your Role:
As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team specifically for sports turf construction initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with the construction team to ensure all services are executed in accordance with contract specifications, within budget, on schedule, and with superior quality.
  • Reviewing project take-offs in partnership with the estimating team.
  • Overseeing document management, including submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing documentation, and contract administration.
  • Generating reports and information as required.
  • Facilitating communication between branch administrative staff, field personnel, sales teams, estimating teams, and branch management on a regular basis.
  • Engaging closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to guarantee outstanding customer service and quality at all times.

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Construction Management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CMiC.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector.

While Not Required, It Would Be Beneficial If You Also Possess:

  • A strong work ethic.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish).
