Key Responsibilities:

The Landscape Project Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting our project management team on large-scale commercial landscape construction initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with the construction team to ensure that all services are delivered according to contract specifications, within budget, on schedule, and with superior quality
  • Reviewing project take-offs in conjunction with the estimating team
  • Managing document control processes, including submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing documentation, and contract management
  • Preparing reports and information as required
  • Facilitating communication among branch administrative staff, field personnel, sales representatives, estimating teams, and branch leadership
  • Engaging closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure exceptional customer service and quality

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Construction Management is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and CMiC
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector

Preferred Skills:

  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A background in customer service
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
