Financial Administrator for Community Associations

Hoamco, a leading homeowners association management company, is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing our community associations' financial operations.

Since 1991, Hoamco has successfully handled every aspect of community association management. We manage over 600 communities in six states and are continuing to grow. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Financial Administrator to support our community associations' financial needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, and data entry. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • General accounting support: Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts
  • Data Entry: Entering financial transactions, invoices, and payments into our system
  • Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • General accounting/bookkeeping experience: 2+ years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
