About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at HOAMCO. As an ARC Administrative Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Architectural Review Committee (ARC) department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the submittal review process for architectural submissions, ensuring compliance with Association guidelines and requirements.
  • Manage and supervise ARC staff, including delegation of tasks, meetings, and evaluations.
  • Assist and participate in review committees as required, preparing for and facilitating review meetings as needed.
  • Draft and facilitate changes or amendments to Architectural Design Guidelines.
  • Communicate and meet with homeowners, builders, architects, board members, and ARC committees as necessary.
  • Compose and distribute correspondence related to ARC design guidelines, final inspections, plans, submittals, compliance, and other matters.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining ARC Department training manuals and processes.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with Community Association Managers, Homeowners, Builders, and Architects.
Requirements
  • Experience managing a team, with the ability to lead professionally and confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Construction background preferred but not required.
