ParaProfessional - Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized ParaProfessional to join our team at the Christine Donnell School of the Arts. As a ParaProfessional, you will provide essential support to our elementary teachers in an overcrowded classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide instructional support to students, including tutoring and individual assistance
- Assist teachers with lesson plan implementation, grading, and preparation of materials
- Prepare and maintain classroom materials, files, and records
- Supervise classroom activities in the absence of a teacher
- Perform other related duties as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Classroom experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
This position is located in an elementary school setting and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
