Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Account Executive to expand Webflow's market presence and cultivate significant relationships with both prospective and current clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and determine if Webflow Enterprise aligns with their requirements.
  • Proactively reach out to existing self-serve customers and new prospects using value-driven communication.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and manage the complete sales process from initiation to closure.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Ensure prompt follow-ups with all incoming leads and outreach targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Solution Engineers, Legal, and SDR/BDRs to provide optimal support to customers.
  • Negotiate annual software agreements.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance our sales methodologies with a focus on scalability.
  • Articulate and promote Webflow's vision, solutions, and value propositions effectively.

Candidate Profile

Success in this role requires:

  • A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive SaaS sales experience, including closing deals.
  • Proven capability to conduct thorough discovery calls and strategically position subsequent meetings throughout the sales journey.
  • Ability to engage with various levels of business users, articulating a strong perspective and value-based positioning.
  • A passion for testing, tracking, and refining your sales approach.
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and working independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to timely task completion and follow-ups.
  • Interest or knowledge in web design, development, or Webflow products.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude towards sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • A growth-oriented mindset.
