Enterprise Software Sales Professional

Banyan Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Infor SyteLine solutions to manufacturers in the Midwest region, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new manufacturing clients in the Midwest region.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and pain points to propose customized Infor SyteLine solutions that address their business challenges and objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and achievement of sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to deliver successful SyteLine projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to position our solutions effectively and drive competitive advantage.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the ERP or manufacturing industry.
- Experience selling Infor SyteLine or similar ERP solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within the Midwest region as needed.
