About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team at Nevada Health Centers, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and programs
  • Collaborate with operational staff and managers to promote NVHC services and mobile programs
  • Research and develop plans for expanding NVHC community presence and addressing issues of concern to NVHC and target populations
  • Promote NVHC services through community outreach efforts, including health fairs, public speaking events, and collateral distribution
  • Develop and coordinate educational and outreach programs
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with community organizations to better serve Nevada Health Centers' clients and the community
  • Provide exceptional customer service and use AIDET to ensure high-quality interactions with internal and external customers
  • Manage and maintain tracking systems for marketing projects, including timelines and accountabilities
  • Work collaboratively with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track shipping and delivery
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal customers regarding project status, delivery, and distribution
  • Coordinate translation services as needed for marketing projects
  • Manage invoice tracking and approvals for the marketing department and contribute to annual budgeting processes
  • Maintain inventory of marketing collateral, giveaways, and resources, ensuring all NVHC locations have ample stock of available materials
  • Direct oversight of mailing projects and related functions
  • Collect, centralize, and archive photography release forms
  • Coordinate logistics, refreshments, decorations, communication, and other details related to NVHC special events and outreach opportunities
  • Perform media interviews as needed, assist with finding media interview resources within the organization, and help prepare talking points
  • Represent NVHC, articulating our mission and vision, and increase awareness of services provided
  • As needed, engage in graphic and web design work to support marketing department functions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or two (2) years' experience in marketing, healthcare, community outreach, or a related field
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish) preferred but not required
