About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Emerald Enterprises. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in acquiring new customers and expanding our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with potential customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and product specialists, to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, sales engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales or consulting experience in complex software products and projects, or a recent graduate with a strong interest in technical sales.
  • Strong sales, service, and hands-on mentality, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
