Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Direct Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Boyd Gaming. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the implementation of direct marketing programs and the coordination of direct marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Direct Marketing Manager in the development and execution of direct marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with corporate, regional, and property marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the production of direct marketing campaigns, including campaign builds, creative and data outputs, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, and perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including corporate and property teams, vendors, and other internal partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of mail and email programs, from campaign creation to completion, in Salesforce.
  • Provide data, copy, and art files to selected vendors, with approval from the DM Manager.
  • Review creative and live data proofs for accuracy.
  • Perform administrative functions, including maintaining drop schedules and reconciling invoices and postage.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in direct marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other marketing software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
