Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Direct Marketing Manager in the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns, including campaign builds, creative and data consolidation, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with corporate and property marketing teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of campaign progress, including timelines, budgets, and vendor information.
  • Review and approve creative and live data proofs for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining drop schedules, reconciling invoices, and processing postage.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
