Title: Client Relations Specialist - Triage Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to investigate and resolve client-reported issues.
- Assess and prioritize client requests based on their impact and severity.
- Collaborate with programming teams to troubleshoot potential system defects or limitations.
- Effectively communicate complex concepts in a client-friendly manner.
- Provide 24/7 production support to retirement plan clients.
- Become a subject matter expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionalities and products.
- Work closely with product owners and development teams to address system requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of equivalent experience in Retirement Plan Services.
- In-depth knowledge of the retirement plan industry is essential.
- Demonstrated customer service experience in relation to retirement services.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and a genuine curiosity to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient computer skills and a general understanding of qualified plan systems, such as TRAC.
- Availability to work in the local office 6 days per month is required.
- Knowledge of SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO is a plus.
