Business Development Specialist

Halter is a pioneering agritech company that has revolutionized the livestock industry with its innovative technology. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Halter in the US market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture a pipeline of opportunities to identify and secure new leads.
- Develop deep relationships with ranchers and farmers to understand their operations and identify opportunities for Halter's technology.
- Craft bespoke proposals and ROI analyses to showcase the value of Halter's solutions.
- Guide opportunities through the latter stages of the deal, including negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment of Halter's technology.
- Provide support and communication to foster trusting and enduring relationships with customers.
- Advocate for US customer needs with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Represent Halter at industry events, demonstrations, and local events to promote the company's technology and build relationships with potential customers.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in value-based, end-to-end sales.
- Proven history of successfully sourcing new leads, securing meetings, and closing deals.
- Strong sales skills, with a focus on building relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of freedom.
- Adaptability and resilience in high-stakes environments.
- A competitive salary range of $70K-$90K per year, plus a variable component.
