We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at C&D Brewing Ventures, Inc. and help us grow our new restaurant in Spring Mills, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee and manage inventory to ensure our restaurant is always well-stocked and ready to serve.
    • Build a team culture focused on excellence in service and customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with ownership to predict future needs and help us grow.
  • Scheduling:
    • Manage and optimize team schedules to ensure we are staffed correctly during peak times.
    • Regular reviews of labor cost to ensure we are operating efficiently.
    • Analyze sales trends to ensure we are staffed correctly during peak times.
  • Ordering:
    • Take charge of weekly food and beverage orders to ensure we are always well-stocked and ready to impress.
  • Team Building & Management:
    • Lead the hiring process to build a top-notch team from day one.
    • Invest in training and developing your team to ensure everyone thrives.
    • Foster a positive and rewarding work environment that encourages growth and success.
  • Front Line and In-Store Leadership:
    • Lead by example in daily operations, setting the standard for service excellence.
    • Ensure every guest leaves with a smile, eager to return.
  • Commitment & Rewards:
    • Your schedule: 5-6 days a week, approximately 50 hours of action-packed, rewarding work.
    • Benefit from two weeks of paid vacation each year, equating to 10 days of paid time off based on a 5-day work week.
