Restaurant Operations Manager

As a General Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest service, and crew management. You will lead by example, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience and that our team members are motivated and engaged.
Plan for Success:
You will proactively lead and manage all people processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, and coaching. You will also be responsible for planning and managing inventory, budget, and food ordering and costs.
Be in the Know:
You will stay up-to-date on business decisions and ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of excellence. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of standard for guest and employee safety.
Take Action First:
You will ensure that food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence. You will also oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
Inspire and Empower:
You will maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety. You will also be responsible for inspiring and empowering our team members to deliver exceptional customer service and to achieve their full potential.
Be Results-Oriented:
You will oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards of excellence and that our customers have an exceptional experience.
To be a successful General Manager at McDonald's, you will need:
* HSD or GED preferred;
* Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members);
* 1+ years' experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others OR US Military Service;
* A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace;
* Strong customer service and support focus;
* The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; and
* To provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
