Your Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Agent, your primary focus will be on selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing clients.
- Generate new business while maintaining current client relationships to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Enhance business by proactively engaging with existing clients to achieve agreed production goals.
- Ensure accurate tracking of all financial transactions and timely deposit deliveries to the bank with proper documentation.
- Quickly establish connections; build and utilize client relationships while educating customers on suitable products for their needs.
- Must possess a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in sales or customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to foster relationships with sales clients
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Ambitious professional motivated by advancement opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
