This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with animals and providing exceptional customer service. As a key holder position, you will be responsible for opening and closing the salon, as well as ensuring that all clients receive a warm welcome and farewell.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to both human and animal clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Scheduling appointments for clients, managing the salon's schedule, and communicating effectively with clients and staff.
  • Pet Care: Assisting with pet bathing, drying, brushing, nail care, and dematting, as well as cleaning and maintaining the salon's facilities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling phone calls, emails, and texts, processing payments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

In addition to your primary duties, you will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensuring that the salon remains clean and safe for clients and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Managing Inventory: Ordering and managing inventory, including pet grooming supplies and equipment.
  • Providing Feedback and Support: Providing feedback and support to colleagues, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
