Job Description

As a Pet Grooming Specialist at Designer Paws Salon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our canine and feline clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Pet Grooming Services:

  • Bathing, drying, brushing, and nail care
  • Dematting and cleaning
  • Handling and restraining pets during grooming procedures

Additional Duties:

  • Operating the front desk and managing client communications
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assisting with sales and marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in pet grooming or a related field
  • Knowledge of animal behavior and body language
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle pets of varying sizes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Non-smoking policy
