Job Description
As the Head of Global Marketing, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of our marketing function, spanning content and channel marketing, business development and brand, and stakeholder engagement and experiences. This involves managing a team of professionals, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global marketing plan, aligning with overall company objectives
  • Manage and develop marketing team members, providing coaching and training
  • Partner with the Chief Integration Officer and regional leaders to develop annual marketing priorities, plans, and budgets
  • Communicate proactively with leadership, escalating questions/issues as needed
  • Evaluate internal and external stakeholder communication plans, processes, and content
  • Lead special projects and serve as the in-house expert for MarTech tools and vendors
  • Participate in negotiation with key corporate sponsorships, partnerships, memberships, and vendor relationships
  • Create and maintain a Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) dashboard to measure effectiveness
  • Serve as steward of the Teneo brand, ensuring consistent positioning and adherence to visual brand guidelines
  • Oversight of the firm's global thought leadership program, including content development and amplification

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership capabilities, strong work commitment, high ethical standards, and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with editorial and proofreading proficiency
  • Superior project management and organizational skills, creative problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, collaboration, and entrepreneurship
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments simultaneously
  • Experience working with various MarTech tools and vendors, with data synthesis and management proficiency preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 14+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred
