  • Draft thorough scopes of work for construction contracts to facilitate Project Delivery.
  • Request quotes from subcontractors and suppliers and communicate effectively to clarify pricing information.

  • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals for submission.
  • Outline schedules for proposed projects.
  • Support team members with various special initiatives related to preconstruction and estimating.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in developing value engineering solutions to minimize project costs while maintaining construction quality.
  • Familiarity with various trades, including scope, timelines, on-site execution, and potential risks.
  • Expertise in estimating processes and delivery methods.
