Site Work Estimator

Landmark Construction is seeking a skilled Site Work Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a crucial role in delivering industry-leading sitework and utility projects that shape communities and drive progress.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate estimates for site work and utility projects
• Analyze project specifications and drawings
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes and material costs
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful bid submissions
• Continuously improve estimating processes
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide guidance to junior estimators
Requirements
• Experience in earthwork estimating and utility estimating
• Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid or Bid2Win software
• Proficiency in Trimble Business Center
• Proven ability to develop precise and competitive estimates
• Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and costs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Passion for contributing to high-quality projects
