As a Civil Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing project plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand the construction project's scope, requirements, and constraints. You will also perform quantity takeoffs to quantify materials, labor, and equipment needed for the project.

Additionally, you will utilize historical data, industry knowledge, and software tools to accurately estimate costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and other associated expenses. You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and refine project budgets, providing detailed estimates and cost breakdowns to assist in planning.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, and at least 6 years of relevant experience in construction estimating. They will also have a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes, as well as proficiency in using construction estimating software and other relevant tools.
