Responsabilidades

Actualmente, TRC busca un profesional en Desarrollo de Negocios para apoyar el crecimiento del sector de Infraestructura. El candidato seleccionado será responsable de impulsar actividades de desarrollo comercial en el área. Sus funciones incluirán la identificación de oportunidades de ventas, la coordinación de actividades iniciales de captura, la asistencia en la preparación de propuestas y la participación en organizaciones de la industria y actividades relacionadas. Además, actuará como contacto para los clientes en actividades de ventas y desarrollará nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Calificaciones

Experiencia exitosa en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de ventas. Experiencia en infraestructura y análisis de respuesta a la demanda. Conocimiento de los ciclos de ventas comerciales. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, así como un dominio avanzado de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office. Presentaciones seguras y pulidas. Habilidades de colaboración claras con grupos técnicos y no técnicos, atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas superiores.

Compensación : De acuerdo con la legislación local, el rango salarial a continuación es aplicable para el trabajo y la ubicación asociada con esta requisición. La compensación variará según la experiencia, educación, nivel de habilidad, ubicación geográfica y otros factores compensables.

Otra Compensación: El empleado puede ser elegible para participar en el Programa Anual de Bonos Discrecionales de la Empresa, que depende del rendimiento de la Empresa, del Segmento de Negocios y del rendimiento individual en relación con los Indicadores Clave de Desempeño, que varían según el año y el empleado.
