Key Responsibilities
  • CVP Application Development: Develop and maintain CVP applications, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of CVP solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest CVP technologies, trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CVP, Java, Java script, J2EE, Struts framework 1.3.8, Web services, SOAP, and POSTMAN integration.
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, consultative, and interpersonal skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients from various business organizations and lines of business.
