  • Digital Services: Services related to digital technologies, such as analytics, cloud, and IoT.

Salary Range: $110K-$120K/Annum

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, upgrade, and support Cisco Unified Contact Center.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based applications for contact center solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience with designing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center.
  • Strong knowledge in Java, JavaScript, J2EE, and Struts framework 1.3.8.
  • Experience with Web service, SOAP, and POSTMAN integration.
  • Experience in designing/creating CVP custom elements.
  • Strong knowledge in Cisco architecture.
  • Strong communications, consultative, and interpersonal skills.
