The Product team at ReflexAI plays a crucial role in various high-impact projects, including tools for training and quality assurance, as well as initiatives aimed at supporting veterans facing mental health challenges.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Strategist at ReflexAI, you will oversee a variety of significant projects. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from initial research and development to ongoing maintenance and enhancements. The Product team is dedicated to guiding our offerings from concept through development and into post-launch evaluation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will engage with all facets of the product, including front-end, back-end, and machine learning components. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic startup that makes a meaningful impact across critical sectors such as crisis response, public safety, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage all phases of product development, from ideation to market launch and beyond.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand competition and user needs.
  • Create and refine product requirements documents (PRDs).
  • Introduce new products and features, assess their performance, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Gather and analyze input from customers, stakeholders, and team members to inform product direction.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on a clear understanding of associated costs and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse teams to ensure alignment with business and customer objectives.
  • Engage in additional tasks or special projects as required.
  • Deliver solutions that reflect our core values of Security, Customer Impact, Long-term Mindset, Innovation, and Inclusion.

Qualifications for Success

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-powered products.
  • Ability to draft clear specifications for complex features and collaborate effectively with engineering, AI/ML, UX, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Proactive in seeking feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Skilled in making informed trade-off decisions to ensure quality project launches.
  • Capable of providing rapid, data-driven recommendations that maximize customer value.
  • Understanding of how individual projects contribute to broader team and company goals, with the ability to articulate these connections.
  • Commitment to fulfilling responsibilities and communicating potential risks with strategies for mitigation.
  • Effective in communicating project status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various formats, including written and verbal interactions.
  • Open-minded and willing to consider diverse perspectives, with a continuous desire to learn and adapt.
