Role Overview: We seek a results-driven and customer-oriented individual to enhance our sales by delivering exceptional value as a trusted advisor in our lighting segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Energy Solutions sales team in promoting energy-efficient lighting and control solutions to both existing and new commercial and industrial clients.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for energy savings through innovative lighting solutions.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to address client business challenges and service expectations.
- Assist the Energy Services sales team in managing proposals and key performance indicators to successfully close lighting sales.
- Conduct site lighting assessments, audits, utility rebate applications, and project return on investment calculations to help clients achieve their energy-saving objectives.
- Maintain an active pipeline of lighting assessments to consistently meet sales goals.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of new lighting products and industry advancements through ongoing training and education.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to foster strong relationships with prospects, customers, and business partners.
- Comprehensive understanding of lighting projects and products, including energy savings, ROI, and utility rebates.
- Experience with rebate and grant documentation.
- A positive, collaborative attitude.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Energy and Lighting sector.
