Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for TOEFL, encompassing digital, MarTech, traditional advertising, PR, and brand development.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts and marketing automation to enhance online presence and lead generation for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Strategically plan and manage marketing budgets to align with organizational goals.
  • Spearhead customer acquisition initiatives and devise retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Supervise pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations activities.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Oversee performance marketing, content creation, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
  • Serve as a global marketing thought leader, supporting both global agendas and local business units.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Ensure the marketing department is equipped with the necessary resources and focused on achieving the right goals and objectives for success.

Driving Strategy and Optimization:

  • Drive growth by continuously evolving TOEFL's communication strategy to adapt to changes in the media landscape and consumer behavior, utilizing data-based insights.
  • Lead competitor research efforts and stay informed about macro trends relevant to all business teams.
