Global Marketing Director for TOEFL

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for TOEFL, encompassing digital, MarTech, traditional advertising, PR, and brand development.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead digital marketing efforts and marketing automation to enhance online presence and lead generation for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Strategically plan and manage marketing budgets to align with organizational goals.
- Spearhead customer acquisition initiatives and devise retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Supervise pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations activities.
- Team Leadership:
- Oversee performance marketing, content creation, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
- Serve as a global marketing thought leader, supporting both global agendas and local business units.
- Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure the marketing department is equipped with the necessary resources and focused on achieving the right goals and objectives for success.
Driving Strategy and Optimization:
- Drive growth by continuously evolving TOEFL's communication strategy to adapt to changes in the media landscape and consumer behavior, utilizing data-based insights.
- Lead competitor research efforts and stay informed about macro trends relevant to all business teams.
