Job Title: Luxury Retail Sales Associate

At Johnny Was, we're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a warm and inviting experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming environment for clients, engaging them in a genuine and authentic way.
  • Build repeat business by executing client capture tools and strategies consistently.
  • Meet customer issues with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Provide individualized and positive experiences for all customers, including great service, answering questions, and processing transactions.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 2 years retail experience, preferably in women's contemporary fashion.
  • Computer skills, including operation of iPad-based point of sales system and email.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling required.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
What We Offer:
