Job Description

The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in the admissions process, ensuring that all potential residents receive timely and accurate information about our services.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring all activities connected with potential resident intake
  • Answer calls as it pertains to Single Point of Access (SPA)
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
  • CASAC-T required, CASAC preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
