Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist

Qualifications

Proven experience in the maintenance of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, including but not limited to motors, control systems, power supplies, AC/DC principles, power distribution, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, and power transmission mechanisms.

Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety protocols such as the use of personal protective equipment, safety lockout/tag-out procedures, and working in confined or elevated spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Configure CNC lathes and milling machines for various operational tasks.
  • Ensure optimal performance of CNC machinery through regular preventive maintenance on lathes, mills, motors, pneumatic devices, and other production equipment.
  • Identify and resolve the root causes of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machine control systems and power transmission elements.
  • Service and repair hydraulic systems effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for machine maintenance and repair records.
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain organized workspaces.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical documentation accurately.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks.

This position requires physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the work shifts.
