Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines, manual lathes, and mills, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and repair complex electro/mechanical manufacturing equipment, including pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmission, bearings, compressed air, and filtration systems.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including machine files, repair files, and other relevant documentation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to government regulations and industry standards for safe work practices and machine repair.
  • Work Instructions: Follow designated work instructions for specific functions, including PM work orders, continuous improvement tasks, new installation line-ups, and repair/refurbish assignments.
Requirements
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Experience: 3 years of recent experience in CNC maintenance and repair.
  • Forklift Experience: Must have experience operating a forklift.
  • Mitsubishi CNC Machines: Must be familiar with Mitsubishi CNC machines.
