About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Management Professional to join our team at US Fertility. As an Assistant Office Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide management and direction for the offices in all areas of local operations, including employee supervision, training, and development.
  • Patient Services: Work closely with the administrative team to assist with insurance verifications, authorizations, scheduling, and other office duties as needed.
  • Travel and Coordination: Routinely travel amongst office locations approximately 50% of work time, coordinating and facilitating the effective delivery of patient services within the assigned work area.
  • Staff Development: Organize the responsibilities of assigned staff to increase efficiency and best utilize their skills and abilities, setting goals and motivating staff to accomplish them.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that employees are compliant with company policies, monitor patient flow and program operations, and work in close collaboration with the Office Supervisor and other members of the management team to promote open communication and ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to all patients.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in business administration or other relevant field required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare industry, with prior supervisory/management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office Suite, financial background, and prior experience with insurance verifications, authorizations, scheduling, and other front office duties.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, and a high bias for action and thoroughness.
