Your Role

As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will integrate into the Aviation, Transit, and Commercial Buildings division within the Buildings Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, development, and coordination of projects across the nation.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate dynamic presentation abilities while managing a diverse range of clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the EXP project teams, including subconsultants.
  • Negotiate project fees, schedules, and contract terms that align with client expectations and benefit EXP.
  • Ensure project performance by delivering results within established financial and scheduling parameters while exceeding client satisfaction.
  • Engage in business development activities, including market research, client meetings, proposal assistance, and participation in selection interviews.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Possession of an Architectural License (AIA or Registered Architect).
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the aforementioned responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance.
  • Experience across various project sectors, including Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Capability to utilize financial management tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
