Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director at Kia America, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the activities of District Sales Managers to ensure compliance with corporate and regional objectives. This role involves coordinating efforts with Regional Department Managers to drive sales, distribution, marketing, and merchandising activities.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize activities of District Sales Managers to ensure compliance with corporate and regional objectives and operating standards.
Develop and implement dealer and DSM action plans to drive sales and distribution growth.
Investigate and resolve dealer complaints and requests for assistance in sales, distribution, marketing, and merchandising activities.
Prepare and maintain annual budgets for the area of responsibility and develop regional dealer cash programs to stay within budget.
Develop monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual sales forecasts in conjunction with the Regional Distribution Manager to ensure maximum inventory balance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and demonstrated skills.
Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience within the automotive industry at wholesale/retail levels.
A minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity at the regional staff management level involving dealer development, retail merchandising, and distribution.

Pay Range
$130,000 - $188,879.34
Pay will be based on several variables, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
