Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced civil engineer to deliver comprehensive planning and design services while overseeing team operations on diverse projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, assess, and ensure the successful completion of site plans
  • Participate in local municipal meetings and provide expert testimony
  • Draft technical specifications for projects
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with clients
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Supervise and coordinate design team activities
  • Manage the administration of public bidding processes
  • Facilitate external communication with regulatory bodies
  • Evaluate and test septic systems and soil conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in municipal and civil land development
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing expert testimony
  • Possession of a New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
  • Pennsylvania P.E. license is advantageous
  • NJ CME certification is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of local, county, and state land use regulations and standards
  • Expertise in site grading design, stormwater management, and hydraulic analysis
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software
  • Experience in drafting technical specifications, cost estimates, and managing public bids
  • Familiarity with coordination with regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in municipal and civil land development
  • Proven track record of providing expert witness services
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
  • Pennsylvania P.E. license is a plus
  • NJ CME certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of current land use regulations and standards
  • Proficient in site grading design and stormwater management
  • Highly skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $92,200-$153,800
