Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Bladen County, NC. As a key member of our health and human services department, you will play a vital role in providing support and resources to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to connect individuals with treatment and resources necessary for recovery.
  • Provide education and support to individuals and families affected by substance use disorder and opioid use disorder.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to ensure seamless access to services and resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including online portal resource guides.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
