About the Role

As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing counseling services to our patients, helping them achieve long-term recovery and a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to patients, promoting a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
  • Document all counseling and education services, assessments, reassessments, referrals, and follow-up in patient clinical records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to federal confidentiality laws and Pinnacle Treatment Centers' policies.
Requirements
  • CSW (Certified Social Worker) or equivalent licensure.
  • LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) or equivalent licensure.
  • LPCA (Licensed Professional Counselor Associate) or equivalent licensure.
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or equivalent licensure.
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) or equivalent licensure.
  • CADC (Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor) or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (required); Master's degree preferred.
