AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose the source of any vehicle issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify any additional service or safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the service advisor regarding any further work that may be necessary.
- Inform the service advisor if repairs cannot be completed within the promised timeframe.
- Accurately document all work performed.
- Coordinate with the parts department to procure required components.
- Preserve and label parts if the work is under warranty or requested by the customer.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and promptly report any incidents to a supervisor.
