Stability Direct is currently looking for a Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview

The Clinical Laboratory Specialist plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by conducting tests on blood and other bodily fluids. This position is essential for identifying diseases, monitoring treatment responses, and supporting overall health maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Diagnostic Tests: Perform various laboratory tests to detect the presence of diseases.
  • Technical Support: Serve as a resource for less experienced staff and assist in their training.
  • Instrument Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with laboratory equipment.
  • Critical Analysis: Utilize clinical knowledge to evaluate test results and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience in a similar specialty.
  • Certification as MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT.
