Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the financial performance of assigned properties.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, haulers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze waste, recycling, and compost programs to identify opportunities for enhancement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Property Management: Conduct regular site visits to ensure operations meet Keter's standards and provide prompt and accurate reports to the Operations and Accounting Departments.
  • Financial Management: Review waste, recycling, and compost programs to drive optimal value and work with the finance department to assist with collection efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in waste and recycling, the service industry, property management, or retail industry required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and achieve goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
